Network
Dual-stack, with failover at the edge
We use Cisco and Ubiquiti routers and switches at the edge of our network, with the entire network dual IPv4 / IPv6 stacked.
Uplinks to tier-one transit: Virtual 1 (main 10Gb/s bearer), TalkTalk Business (failover 10Gb/s bearer), and Gigaclear (second failover 1Gb/s).
Disaster recovery also includes office failover on Fibre VDSL (80Mb/s) and EE 5G (~300Mb/s) if physical lines are unavailable.
Security
Physical security, watched around the clock
Access in and out of the building is checked in person and with proximity tags. Multi-layered physical security protects the site.
Every area of the data centre, inside and out, is on video 24/7/365 — recorded on-site, with a cloud stream and backup.
